Meditation

 

Meditation is a comprehensive approach to awakening of the heart and mind. This body of awareness training has been practiced for over 2,500 years and, because of its simplicity and power, is now being embraced by people from diverse spiritual orientations around the world.

One of the first things you will learn in this mediation workshop is how distracted our minds can be.  Most of what comes into our minds is not very useful, and often it’s actually bad for us. For example we find ourselves worrying or getting angry, or putting ourselves down. The simple principle behind this mediation practice is that if we keep taking our awareness back to our breath and our stillness, then our mind gradually quiets down and we not only feel more contentment, but begin to observe and live within a greater sense of clarity.

This workshops offers you the tools and knowledge needed to practice and incorporate meditation on a daily basis.  You will learn how to quiet the mind, listen to the heart, and live the life that you truly desire.
